Frequently asked

How does upgrading from Free to Pro work?

After payment you'll receive a license code. Upload the Pro plugin ZIP from your dashboard, replacing the free copy in wp-content/plugins/mostify/. Activate the license from Settings → Mostify → License and your Pro features unlock instantly. All existing settings, counters, and history are preserved.

What's the two-way domain approval?

For security, every new domain that activates with your license code lands in a "pending" state. You approve it from this dashboard before the plugin unlocks Pro features — so a leaked license code can't quietly burn through your seat count. Or pre-list a domain here first and the plugin auto-activates the moment you enter the code.

Can I cancel?

Anytime. Pro features keep working until the end of your paid period; afterwards the plugin reverts to Free behaviour and your tracking history stays intact.

What happens if my payment fails?

Stripe retries automatically and we email you. Your license switches to past_due — Pro features still run, but updates pause until the card is fixed. After the retry window, the license becomes inactive.
